You will generate the leads or place technical staff with clients. We will support you to succeed and reap the benefits.
Simple model:
- 50-50 profit sharing on your leads (after all the expenses).
- We will provide resources and coaching.
- 10% of total profit before splitting can be spent on your development (Trainings, job boards, or online subscriptions, etc.).
- No commitments or frills (This relationship is designed for mutual win).
